NurseWest NurseWest is an initiative by the Government to improve the working lives of our nurses. NurseWest offers nurses the opportunity to join a Government nursing pool which allows flexible modes of employment.

Telehealth Allied Health Bureau Service The Telehealth Allied Health Bureau Service (TAHBS) is a system to support and supplement the provision of allied health services in rural Western Australia. Allied health professionals/organisations register as providers, who are then contracted by country health services on an as-needs basis.
TAHBS use by a country health service can include (but are not limited to):
- During periods of allied health recruitment difficulty (eg vacancies). This could be short term during the recruitment process, or longer term if the position is unable to be filled.
- Health service wishing to supplement existing services or introduce a new service which can not be supported locally; or
- Consultative services, mentoring support or supervisory services currently not available within the health service are required.
Private pracititioners or public sector agencies wishing to register with TAHBS are encouraged to visit the TAHBS website.
